The webshop of Carlino Feel Good Store is created by order of and managed by the seller. Users are allowed to view the information on the site free of charge and print this information for personal use, but not for commercial purposes.

The prices shown on the Carlino Feel Good Store's webshop at the time of your order are valid prices. All prices are inclusive 21% VAT.
The charges for domestic shipments and shipments abroad are provided during the order process before finalising the order.
This means it is still possible to undo the order at that stage.
Payment should be prior to shipment and is made using one of the following payment facilities: Bancontact/Mister Cash, PayPal, iDeal, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa.
Upon acceptance of your payment by the system, the seller confirms the order by e-mail.
Delivery of the ordered item(s) is made to the address indicated by the client.
Orders received before 2pm (Brussels time) are shipped the same day (on working days). The goods will be delivered to you within 1-2 working days in Belgium and between 2-4 working days in Europe.
Orders received on holidays, during the weekend or after 2pm are shipped the next business day.
Possible import/customs fees when shipping to countries outside Europe are the responsibility of the customer.
The delivery term starts once the order and payment has been received, all ordered goods are available and the package is handed over to My Parcel Belgium/bPost.
Transport charges are calculated according to the country of destination and clearly indicated during the order/payment process.
If the customer chooses delivery, a confirmation e-mail is sent as soon as the delivery is handed over to My Parcel Belgium/bPost. This e-mail contains a tracking number allowing the customer to track the shipment.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day 1 on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Carlino Feel Good Store via email [email protected] of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, exclusive the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Damaged or alternated goods by the buyer are not eligible for withdrawal.

The seller offers the legally provided warranties.
The seller is not responsible in case of acts of God, incidents, incorrect use or improper treatment of an item by the customer.
An item with an accepted quality issue will be replaced free of charge.
Carlino Feel Good Store guarantees that the goods are very carefully packaged and leave our premises in perfect condition.
